Update – 7 April 2020
Synopsis of CIG Press Briefing

1.              SIX (6) POSITIVE TEST RESULTS.
-       Four (4) persons from the Government-sponsored quarantine facility
-       Two (2) were contacts of previously announced positive cases

As at 7th April, the number of positive cases of COVID-19 is at FORTY-FIVE** (45) and is broken down as follows:
Active – 38
Recovered – 6
Deceased – 1

2.              Cabinet will be considering to extend the closure of the borders (airport and seaport) until 30th May 2020. When and if this becomes an official decision, the Premier will inform the public.
