1. One (1) POSITIVE case.
- Patient had travel history and has been in isolation.
As at 13th April, the number of positive cases of COVID-19 is at FIFTY-FOUR** (54) and is broken down as follows:
Active – 47
Recovered – 6
Deceased – 1

2. Four (4) ventilators have arrived in Grand Cayman and four (4) more are currently being shipped.

3. The Commissioner of Police reported that 46 persons were found in breach of hard curfew on Sunday 12th April 2020 and all were warned for prosecution.
Additionally, the RCIPS began issuing tickets today for breaches of Soft Curfew and as at 2:00pm, 17 tickets had been issued.

4. Under the authority of the Commissioner of Police, all beaches in the Cayman Islands will be closed until 5:00am on 17 April 2020. This includes walking/running in the sand, entering the water, etc.
Private property owners with direct beach access are not allowed beyond the high water mark. Fishing from the ironshore is also prohibited under this order.

5. Any matters requiring legislative changes including pensions require a meeting of the Legislative Assembly. The logistics of this meeting is currently being planned and will be attempted to be held in the near future.
